Silver Spike Investment Corp. (Nasdaq: SSIC) is a specialty finance company and the first publicly-listed business development company formed to invest across the cannabis ecosystem. Investments will primarily consist of direct loans to, and equity ownership of, privately held cannabis companies and ancillary services businesses. All such investments are made in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations within the jurisdictions that they are subject, in which they are made or to which we are otherwise subject, including U.S. federal laws.
