Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 8, 2023, Silver Spike Investment Corp. (“SSIC”) issued a press release announcing that it will (i) report its financial results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2022 pre-market open on Friday, March 31, 2023, and (ii) discuss those financial results in an earnings conference call and webcast at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time that same day. This press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
